How can we help you?

You can search by city or neighborhood (e.g. Gulshan, Dhanmondi, Uttara), choose dates and pet type, browse inspected profiles, and send a booking request. Once the host confirms, you pay via bKash to hold the booking.

Your payment is never sent directly to a host upfront. It is securely held in PetBnB escrow. Funds are only transferred to the host 24 hours after check-out, ensuring your pet is safely and happily back home.

If any health concern arises, the host is instructed to contact you immediately via PetBnB chat and phone. In urgent situations, our 24/7 support team assists in coordinating the nearest verified emergency veterinary clinic in Dhaka, Chittagong, or Sylhet. Pet parents provide emergency vet contact preferences in their pet profile.

You must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Bangladeshi National NID or passport, take a live biometric selfie, have a secure cage-free home with netted balconies, and pass our video walk-through verification.

Yes. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in receive a 100% full refund directly back to your bKash wallet. Late cancellations are subject to our standard transparent cancellation tiers.

Yes! It is mandatory for all PetBnB hosts to send regular photo feeds, video clips, and behavioral check-ins through our in-app chat dashboard so you can relax with peace of mind.

Host payouts are processed automatically via bKash or bank transfer 24 hours after a completed booking check-out, with zero hidden fees.

In compliance with Bangladesh Digital Commerce Guidelines 2021, all formal tickets are resolved within a 72-hour maximum SLA, with urgent pet safety matters handled instantly 24/7.
