Frequently Asked Questions
How and when do I receive my earnings? expand_more
All payments are transferred directly to your bKash, Nagad, or local bank account twice every week (Tuesdays and Fridays). As soon as an owner checks out, your 85% share is unlocked.
What happens if a guest pet needs veterinary care during the stay? expand_more
First notify the pet parent immediately via PetBnB chat. In urgent cases, you can also reach our 24/7 support helpline to help coordinate nearest partner vet clinic locations in Dhaka, Chittagong, or Sylhet. The pet parent is directly responsible for their pet's veterinary medical expenses.
Can I host if I live in a rented apartment in Dhaka? expand_more
Yes! As long as your building allows pets and your balcony has safety grill/netting, you are welcome to host. You can also specify "Cats Only" or "Small Dogs Only" to suit your apartment size.
Do I have the freedom to accept or decline bookings? expand_more
Absolutely. You have 100% control over your calendar. You can chat with the pet parent first, review the pet's behavior history and vaccination booklet, and only accept when you feel comfortable.
